At Smoney, we strive to provide you with quality services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for subscription payments made through the Smoney app.
1. Subscription Services
Smoney offers subscription-based services that provide premium features and tools to help you manage your finances more effectively. We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.
2. Free Trial Period
Smoney may offer a free trial period for our subscription services. If you choose not to continue with the paid subscription after the free trial period, you will not be charged. Once the free trial period expires, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase (for first-time subscribers only).
- If you encounter technical issues that severely impact your ability to use the Smoney app, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
- If you were charged for a subscription renewal when you had already requested cancellation before the renewal date.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- If you request a refund after using the premium features for more than 14 days (for first-time subscribers).
- If you request a refund for a renewal payment that occurred after the cancellation window.
- If your subscription was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- If you have already received a refund for a previous subscription.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team through the following channels:

- In-app Support: Go to Settings > Help & Support > Request Refund
- Contact Form: Visit our Contact page and submit a refund request
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your full name and email address associated with your Smoney account
- Date of purchase
- Subscription type (monthly or annual)
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription:
- For iOS users: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings
- For Android users: Manage your subscription through the Google Play Store
- For web users: Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
8. Changes to This Policy
Smoney reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website and in the Smoney app. Your continued use of Smoney after any changes to the Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
